Message from Maggie:  There is nothing easier than tacos on a week night.  For a healthier  way to do to enjoy tacos, I like to buy 93/7 lean ground beef and brown it in olive oil.  My secret to this recipe, and many others, is the edition of Penzey’s spices.  In this case I use their bold taco seasoning, placing in whole corn tacos, before topping with fresh shredded cheese, diced cherry tomatoes, and chopped crisp lettuce.  But this post isn’t about tacos its an ode to Penzey’s Spices.

Penzey’s is a retailer of spices that started out as a catalogue business turned brick and mortar- but with a huge online selection.  If you don’t live near any of their 60 stores, you can check out their site at Penzeys.com.  Once you try these spices, you will steer away from the grocery store section and become a believer like me.
