Maggie’s Menu: White Chocolate + Sprinkled Covered Cookies

Message from Maggie: Thinking about Valentines and created this simple + pretty treat for my sweetheart.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup White chocolate morsels
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles
- 10-20 Cookies, I used gluten free oreos
Directions:
- Pour white chocolate morsels into microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high in 30 second increments stirring in between until fully melted.
- Dip one side of cookies into melted white chocolate.
- Pour sprinkles into separate dish.
- Dip chocolate side of cookies into sprinkles.
- Place on parchment paper or aluminum foil to dry.
- Repeat steps 3-6 with additional cookies.
