Message from Maggie: Taking a break from menus, I’m switching gears to modern home making. I wanted to share a simple way to quickly + cheaply modernize the exterior of your home.
We live in a traditional row house on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. One of the first things I did when we moved-in was to update the house numbers. Instantly this took our dated house- it was built in 1894 in fact!- into the 21st century and gave it a modern feel.
