Maggie’s Menu: Superbowl Strawberries
Message from Maggie:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 pint of strawberries
- Parchment paper
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 zip lock bag
Instructions:
- Wash strawberries and dry thoroughly.
- Melt dark chocolate in microwavable dish in 30 second increments stirring in between until melted.
- Dip strawberries in dark chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Once chocolate sets on strawberries melt white chocolate in microwaveable dish in 30 second increments stirring in between until melted.
- Put white chocolate in a zip lock bag and cut a tiny corner of the zip lock bag.
- Pipe white chocolate onto chocolate covered strawberries to look like football lace.
Yields about 16 medium strawberries
