Maggie’s Menu: Party Mix
Message from Maggie:
You have probably caught on to the fact I am sensitive to food allergies and try to alert readers to allergens where possible. This is because it is personal for me. I was diagnosed with celiac several years ago and adhering to a strict gluten free lifestyle has changed my life. While there are more and more gluten free options every day, at the time of my diagnosis these products weren’t a plenty- and those that did exists weren’t particularly high quality. My thoughtful mother has kind of gotten in the habit of making me a big batch of gluten free chex mix when she visits. It is fun to enjoy a snack I know is gluten free. And according to Mr. Magpie, who is known to devour this as a snack, you don’t even miss the gluten!
