Meat + Cheese Tray

Arrange salami and cheeses before creating a turkey body in the center as pictured.

• Salami
• Multiple cheeses

Serve with crackers or pretzel chips.

Veggie Tray

Make spinach and artichoke dip (see here).

Remove dip from oven and arrange the following veggies to look like a turkey around the dip.

• Broccoli
• Red peppers, sliced
• Orange peppers, sliced
• Baby carrots
• Mushrooms, sliced

Using one mushroom create a turkey face using broccoli for eyes, red pepper for the neck, and yellow pepper for wings.  Place on top before serving.
